An extensive selection of creatively designed exercise machines, built to utilize the user’s weight as the resisting force for a balanced exercise, without the need for any adjustments.

Menachem Park Park has two gym complexes:

1. On the south side of the ski lake,
2. In the northern part of the park, near the large playground

The gym is covered with tarps for shade and is located at the north side of Menachem Begin Park.

Instruction for all exercise machine stations must be read and understood before any usage, proper hydration and a moderate exercise regime are recommended, to prevent excessive fatigue.
