About Menachem Begin Park
Menachem Begin Park, also called South Park, is bordered by the Neve Eliezer neighborhood in the south of the city and agricultural areas in the east. The park covers an area of 1,000 acres and is under development.
The park has big lawns, playground facilities, a cable ski lake (the only one in the country). In addition to the park area is Sportek South, and a wide variety of attractions.
Menachem Begin Park is planned to connect to a large national park that will extend from Tel Aviv in the west to Ariel Sharon Park in Hiriya in the east.
